Bauer Wines will be hosting a Summer Solstice Mixer on Tuesday June 22nd, from 6-8PM at Dillon’s on Boyston Street. We will be welcoming in the long-awaited Summer season, with a tasting of a variety of wines, beers, and cocktails that would be suitable for Summer imbibing. We will cover tastes from all corners of the globe, with an emphasis on matching the wines to your favorite Summer cuisine. Nick will be choosing some fun global beers to whet your palates for entertaining your beer-swilling/loving friends. The focus of the evening will be casual education and a good healthy kick start to the Summer season. Dillon’s will provide the appropriate appetizers to pair up with the wines and beers.
